Shipping Information

All prints are packaged in a manner to best avoid the abuse of national shipping. International shipping is available upon request.

Shipping Packaging

Prints are sealed in a plastic acid free envelope and sealed thoroughly to mitigate moisture damage. This is rolled up into a cardboard mailing tube, which is sealed for final delivery. This method is widely accepted as the most reliable way to mail flat artwork. Your invoice and any other materials will also be contained within the shipping tube, but outside of the primary photograph envelope. I recommend saving the photography envelope, as it is a high quality piece that can be used for long term archival grade storage. It is also recommended to transport unframed photographs in the original packaging envelope and tube.

The highest possible care is taken during production to ensure that every piece leaves free of defects.

Recipient Inspection Checklist

Please perform the following checklist upon delivery:

  • Gently counter-roll the photograph while it is still in the shipping envelope to straighten
  • Peel back the envelope lip carefully - do not use a sharp object to cut
